Dordt College announces a new learning vacation to be held June 6-11, 2010.  Join Dordt professors

Jim Schaap and Robb De Haan as they lead their third Great Plains Experience, this time on the "Prairie's Edge." 

The motorcoach tour  begins and ends in Sioux Center at Dordt, and takes in a wide spectrum of topics including

wind energy, changes in farming practices, the 1862 Sioux Indian Uprising, and lifestyles in small, rural communities.  

You'll visit places in eastern South Dakota and western Minnesota that most tourists will never find. That's the adventure!
