Facilities Rental


Facilities Usage Policy

  • Members of the church can use the facilities for family events and small group events as long as they take responsibility for damage and clean-up.
  • Outside organizations requesting rental must carry their own liability insurance. Longer term lease agreements require proof of coverage of at least $1,000,000 of liability insurance.
  • Outside groups requesting use of our facilities are normally subject to the following policy:
    • We request a $100 security deposit, reimbursible upon satisfactory completed use of the facility
    • We request a donation of $100 for two hours use of the Sanctuary room
    • We request a donation of $25 an hour if A/V equipment use is requested to pay a person from Living Stones to supervise its use.
    • We request a donation of $25 per hour for use of the kitchen and ask that all items are returned, disposable items replaced and the kitchen be cleaned after use.
    • We request a donation of $50 for 2 hours use of the large meeting room.
    • We request a donation of $10 for 2 hours for use of any of our smaller classrooms
    • We request a donation of $50 for 2 hours for use of the nursery and that it toys put back into their places
    • We request a donation of $25 an hour for use of any part of our facility to pay for janitorial supervision, locking, unlocking and clean-up.
  • The Living Stones CRC Council must approve any long term lease agreements.
  • Wedding arrangements will be made subject to a separate policy.
